Being human-centric in a tech-driven world isn’t easy, but it’s necessary. While we invest in platforms, tools, and systems, we must equally invest in our people, in their well-being, growth, and sense of purpose.
To me, the most future-ready organizations don’t choose between people or technology, they bring both together. They use tech to empower, develop and grow people.
